摘要： Disclosed are a positive photosensitive resin composition that includes (A) an alkali soluble resin including a polybenzoxazole precursor, a polyimide precursor, or a combination thereof, (B) a photosensitive diazoquinone compound, (C) a phenol compound, (D) at least one organic dye having an absorption wavelength of about 400 nm to about 700 nm, and (E) a solvent, wherein the organic dye (D) is included in an amount of about 1 to about 40 parts by weight based on about 100 parts by weight of the alkali soluble resin (A), and a photosensitive resin layer and a display device using the same.

摘要： A thin film deposition apparatus used to manufacture large substrates on a mass scale and that allows high-definition patterning, and a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus using the same, the apparatus includes a loading unit fixing a substrate onto an electrostatic chuck; a deposition unit including a chamber maintained in a vacuum state and a thin film deposition assembly disposed in the chamber, separated from the substrate by a predetermined distance, to deposit a thin film on the substrate fixed on the electrostatic chuck; an unloading unit separating the substrate on which a deposition process is completed, from the electrostatic chuck; a first circulation unit sequentially moving the electrostatic chuck on which the substrate is fixed, to the loading unit, the deposition unit, and the unloading unit; and a second circulation unit returning the electrostatic chuck separated from the substrate to the loading unit from the unloading unit, wherein the first circulation unit passes through the chamber when passing through the deposition unit.

According to some aspects, the display device includes a display panel for displaying an image, data drivers for supplying data signals to the display panel such that the display panel displays an image, and a timing controller for setting the data drivers and 3n (where n is a natural number) ports. The display device is configured to transmit an R transmission signal including R data bits, a G transmission signal including G data bits, and a B transmission signal including B data bits to the data drivers through the 3n ports. According to some aspects, a display device capable of securing a band width required for driving a three dimensional image without unnecessarily increasing ports and without increasing the transmission speed of the ports and a method of driving the same are disclosed.
