    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniature anchor reducing manufacturing cost and preventing negligence of fitting a bush in assembly by isolating its lower portion from a vehicle body without interposing a bush between it and the vehicle body. SOLUTION: A slotted hole 2 for inserting a belt is formed on an upper portion 1a of the miniature anchor. A fixing hole 5 for inserting through a bolt 6 and fixing to the vehicle body is formed in the lower portion 1b. The fixing hole 5 is formed in a bottom face 4 of an end part inner side of a cylinder part 3 recessed for a predetermined length in a lower side from the lower portion 1b. Accordingly, the lower portion can be isolated from the vehicle body without interposing the bush between it and the vehicle body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor which separates a fixing part from a vehicle body panel without intervening an other spacer between the vehicle body panel, reduces the manufacturing costs, and have no fear of failing to install the spacer on assembling. SOLUTION: The anchor is comprised of a belt engaging part 1a in which a long hole 2 inserting a belt is formed at the center, and a fixing part 1b for fixing to a vehicle body panel 90 by inserting a bolt 6 in which a stepped head part 6a, an insert part 6b and a screw worked part 6c are formed. The inside diameter of a cylinder part 103 formed at the fixing part 1b is a little greater than the diameter of the stepped head part 6a of the bolt. A fixing hole 105, whose diameter is greater than the diameter of the insert part 6b of the bolt 6 and smaller than the diameter of the stepped part 6a of the bolt 6, is formed at the center of the bottom 104 formed at the cylinder part 103 to the vehicle body panel 90 by inserting the bolt 6.

    • PURPOSE: A mini anchor and a manufacturing method of the mini anchor having the improved upper structure are provided to separate the upper portion of a mini anchor from a vehicle body without mounting a bush therebetween. CONSTITUTION: A steel plate(S) is embossed primarily by metal molds having the center curved. A first base cylinder portion(S3a) for making a cylinder is formed on a side of the steel plate. Then, the first base cylinder portion is embossed secondarily by two metal molds having the central radius of curvature larger than one of the former two metal molds. A shorter second base cylinder portion(S3b) is formed therefrom. The center of the first base cylinder portion is spread and a first base bottom surface(S4a) for a bottom surface is obtained. The second base cylinder portion is embossed tertiarily by metal molds having the central radius of curvature larger than one of the metal molds. A third base cylinder portion(S3c) is formed, and the first base bottom surface is spread to form a larger second base bottom surface(S4b). The third base cylinder portion is embossed by flat metal molds to obtain a shorter fourth base cylinder portion(S3d). The second bottom surface is spread and a third base bottom surface(S4c) is formed. Finally, the center of the third base bottom surface is pierced by a metal mold and a punch to form a fixing hole. Thereby, the upper portion of a mini anchor is separated from a vehicle body without using a bush therebetween.

    • A thin film transistor (TFT) and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed. The TFT includes a substrate, a gate electrode disposed over the substrate, a gate insulating layer disposed over the gate electrode, a semiconductor layer disposed over the gate insulating layer and including a polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) layer, an ohmic contact layer disposed over a predetermined region of the semiconductor layer, an insulating interlayer disposed over substantially an entire surface of the substrate including the ohmic contact layer, and source and drain electrodes electrically connected to the ohmic contact layer through contact holes formed in the interlayer insulating layer. A barrier layer is interposed between the semiconductor layer and the ohmic contact layer. Thus, when an off-current of a bottom-gate-type TFT is controlled, degradation of characteristics due to a leakage current may be prevented using a simple process.
