    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pollen from floating around an occupant's face so as to inhibit the onset of occupant's hay fever.
      SOLUTION: A pollen mode starts when a pollen mode start switch is turned on, or an amount of the pollen measured by a pollen sensor reaches a predetermined quantity. In the pollen mode, pure air quickly blows close to the occupant's face from a blow-out opening so as to blow invasion or carried-in pollen off the occupant's face. The air volume in this case is the critical maximum air volume M1 which is specified between the minimum air volume Lo and the maximum air volume Hi, and is tolerable from a thermal sensing point of view, thereby creating a comfortable environment wherein no pollen exists.

      SOLUTION: Required electric/electronic equipment such as a license lamp 20 and a back door opening/closing switch 30 is assembled in a waterproof case 2. The wiring of these electric/electronic equipment is put together and connected to one connector 3. The connector 3 is projected out from the case 2 to connect to the wiring from a power source of a vehicle, and inserted in a joint hole 4 formed on a vehicle body 100. The case 2 on the opposite side to a side from which the connector 3 projects out is adhered to a garnish main body 1. A waterproof seal material 5 is provided in the joint hole 4 in which the connector 3 is inserted when the case 2 is attached to the vehicular back door.
