    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for surely cooling a heating element. SOLUTION: When generating no prescribed refrigerating capacity since an outside air temperature becomes high and relative humidity in a adsorption process is not more than a prescribed value, when generating no prescribed refrigerating capacity since a heating quantity of the first heating element reduces and relative humidity in a separation process is not less than the prescribed value or when generating no prescribed refrigerating capacity since the relative humidity in the adsorption process is not more than the prescribed value and the relative humidity in the separation process is not less than the prescribed value, refrigerating capacity not less than the prescribed value is generated by a refrigerator 4 by using latent heat of evaporation of cooling water by spraying and supplying the cooling water on and to an outside surface of an outdoor unit 8, that is, a radiator 8a from a nozzle 20. Thus, the second heating element 2 can be sufficiently cooled even when the outside air temperature is high, that is, when an adsorbent cannot be sufficiently cooled by air-cooling and when being unable to obtain sufficient waste heat for operating the refrigerator 4.
