    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition for aluminum brazing improved in storage stability and applicability (practically, discharge property and pressure stability by using a dispenser) and brazing property in good balance. SOLUTION: The paste composition for aluminum brazing contains 40 to 65% by weight of a metal powder for brazing (a), 5 to 35% by weight of a fluoride type flux (b), 1 to 10% by weight of a methacrylic acid ester type polymer (c), and 10 to 40% by weight of an organic solvent (d); and the component (d) is a hydrocarbon type organic solvent having no aromatic ring and no hydroxyl group and the composition is in a paste-like state having a viscosity of 6,000 to 200,000 mPa s at 23°C. The aluminum brazing method is a method of brazing the member made of the aluminum, and includes applying the paste composition for aluminum brazing to the member, and heating the member in the state of assembling the member to a prescribed structure.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transparency, heat stability, flexibility and the like of a biodegradable polyester composition.
      SOLUTION: The biodegradable polyester composition is prepared by blending a biodegradable polyester having 10,000-100,000 molecular weight with an alkylene oxide adduct of rosin having 10-30 molar number of addition as a plasticizer. As the plasticizer brought to have the molar number of addition in a specific range or more is blended with the biodegradable polyester having a low molecular weight in a specific range, the compatibility of the plasticizer with the polyester is good and the obtained resin composition is excellent in transparency, heat stability and flexibility. As the biodegradable polyester, polylactic acid is especially preferable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tackifier resin emulsion which gives a tackfier/adhesive agent having balanced properties in heat retention power and adhesive power.
      SOLUTION: The tackifier resin emulsion is prepared by dispersing in water a mixture consisting of a rosin-based resin as a tackifier resin and a cross-linking agent reactive to a carboxy group, wherein the rosin resin is preferably a rosin derivative with the acid number of 5-130 and the above cross-linking agent is either one of a carbodiimide-based compound, an oxazoline-based compound, an aziridine-based compound and a hydrazine-based compound. When water is evaporated by heating or the like, the rosin-based resin and a cross-linking agent react with each other to give a higher molecular weight product and to enhance the heat retention power together with the adhesive power.
