SOLUTION: A data processor can perform noise detection for detecting whether or not the noise components are superimposed on pulse wave information detected with a pulse wave sensor by a built-in microcomputer. To put it concretely, pulse waves are measured for fixed time, velocity pulse waves are obtained by differentiating the pulse waves and the peak value of the amplitude of the velocity pulse waves to the pulses for each beat is calculated. Then, the calculated respective peak values are standardized and the dispersion of the standardized peak values is statistically processed and digitized. Then, whether or not the digitized dispersion of the peak values is smaller than a stipulated value is judged.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration detector for particles in a liquid of high detection accuracy, by contriving an arrangement for a light-emitting element and a photoreception element, and by shortening the distance between the both elements, and the compact concentration detector for the particle in the liquid by doing away with a translucent circular tubular body.
      SOLUTION: In this concentration detector for the particle in the liquid, a passage 21 for a lubricating oil is provided directly in a casing 2, and a light-emitting diode 3 and a photodiode 4 are made to face the passage 21 therebetween to be fixed directly to the casing 2. The distance between the light-emitting diode 3 and a photodiode 4 is thereby shortened to enhance the detection precision, and a concentration sensor 1 for the particle in the liquid capable of making physical constitution compact and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost is realized.
