    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face feature point detection device and a sleepiness detection device facilitated in practical use capable of grasping an expression with high accuracy. SOLUTION: By imaging the face image of a driver 3 by an imaging device 10, a sleepiness detection device 20 first generates a 2D reference face and a 2D template in an individual information model for use to obtain feature points on the face of the driver 3 (S1). Next, feature points at an awakening state are obtained (S2), and a sleepiness level is estimated by detecting the feature points at timing to detect the sleepiness (S3). According to the sleepiness level, a signal is output to operate a nap prevention device (S4). The acquisition of the feature points is performed by imaging the face image of the driver 3 by the imaging device 10, and by fitting the image concerned by deforming the 2D reference face and the 2D template so as to obtain two-dimensional coordinates of the feature points from the imaged image. Next, three-dimensional coordinates are obtained by be fir to a 3D reference face which is a common model. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary photographing device, a program and a photographing system, for allowing a person of a photographing object to recognize a photographing position suitable for photographing.
SOLUTION: The photographing auxiliary device 30 obtains photographic image data of the face of a driver 3 photographed with a camera 10 and memorized at a image capture board 32 (S11). Next, as feature points on the face in a photographed image based on the photographic image data obtined in S11, the position of both inner corners of eyes and the middle point between both nostrils is extracted on an image plane (S12). Then, image information on a image where lines α are superimposed on lines β is output on a display 22 (S14). Wherein, the lines α include a line segment connecting both the inner corners of the eyes and a line segment connecting the middle point between both the inner corners of the eyes with the middle point between both the nostrils, based on the photographic image data obtained in S11. Wherein, the lines β are reference lines defined beforehand. The driver 3 can compares the lines α with the lines β to recognize the position of his/her face for appropriately photographing the front of his/her face.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism abnormality monitoring device, a blood pressure monitoring device, an organism abnormality monitoring method, a blood pressure monitoring method, capable of foreseeing or detecting the blood pressure abnormality of an organism by a pulse wave signal and a program and a recording medium, therefor. SOLUTION: At a step 100, the measurement of a pulse wave is started. At a step 110, frequency analysis is performed on a pulse wave signal as the time series data of the pulse wave to find a C-frequency component showing a fluctuation component of a base line of the pulse wave signal and an A-frequency component showing each pulse wave. At a step 120, the ratio C/A of power of peak (peak value C) of the C-frequency component to power of peak (peak value A) of the A-frequency component is found. At a step 130, it is determined whether the blood pressure is abnormal or not according to whether C/A over is a designated determination value or not. At a step 140, assuming that the occurrence of blood pressure abnormality is determined, it is displayed on a display part 21 or an alarm is given, to thereby give information to the person himself or people around him.

SOLUTION: This pulse wave detecting device A has a mounting part to be applied to a finger, a sensor 2 with a light emitting diode 22 and photodiode 23 and a transmitting circuit 6 for transmitting the signal waveform of the sensor 2 as pulse waves to a pulse wave monitoring device B. The pulse wave detecting device A also has an application detecting circuit 3 for judging whether the application part is applied or not by comparing the signal waveform obtained when the light emitting diode 22 emits light and the signal waveform obtained when the light emitting diode 22 doesn't emit light and an operation control circuit 4 for controlling the operation of the sensor 2, the transmitting circuit 6 and the application detecting circuit 3. The operation control circuit 4 operates the sensor 2 and the application detecting circuit 3 to make the application detecting circuit 3 judge whether the application part is applied or not. When it is judged that the application part is applied, the operation power is fed to the transmitting circuit 6.
