    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism abnormality monitoring device, a blood pressure monitoring device, an organism abnormality monitoring method, a blood pressure monitoring method, capable of foreseeing or detecting the blood pressure abnormality of an organism by a pulse wave signal and a program and a recording medium, therefor. SOLUTION: At a step 100, the measurement of a pulse wave is started. At a step 110, frequency analysis is performed on a pulse wave signal as the time series data of the pulse wave to find a C-frequency component showing a fluctuation component of a base line of the pulse wave signal and an A-frequency component showing each pulse wave. At a step 120, the ratio C/A of power of peak (peak value C) of the C-frequency component to power of peak (peak value A) of the A-frequency component is found. At a step 130, it is determined whether the blood pressure is abnormal or not according to whether C/A over is a designated determination value or not. At a step 140, assuming that the occurrence of blood pressure abnormality is determined, it is displayed on a display part 21 or an alarm is given, to thereby give information to the person himself or people around him.
