摘要： PURPOSE:To surely prevent flooding of a low pressure stage runner chamber prior to flooding of a high pressure stage runner chamber. CONSTITUTION:At exhaust operation time, in a water filling pipe 34, water is injected to the peripheral part of a low pressure stage runner in a fully opened condition of a low pressure stage movable guide vane 8. In a detector 34, when a flow path 33 between the low pressure stage runner peripheral part and the low pressure stage movable guide vane is detected to be filled with injecting water from the water filling pipe 34, air in a high pressure stage runner chamber 6 is exhausted through a high pressure stage exhaust path 15. According to this exhaust, in a high pressure stage feed water pipe 24, water in a siphon 13 is introduced to the high pressure stage runner chamber 6, to perform its flooding. Hereafter, air in a low pressure stage runner chamber 12 is exhausted through a low pressure stage exhaust path 16, and according to this exhaust, by water in the siphon 13, flooding of the low pressure stage runner chamber 12 is performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To sufficiently shorten a time of exhaust in a high pressure stage runner chamber with no excessive water hammering acting in a high pressure stage movable guide vane or the like. CONSTITUTION:High and low pressure stage exhaust paths 17, 18 are respectively drilled in a main shaft 15. An auxiliary exhaust path 25 is connected to a flow path external wall in the vicinity of an outlet of a high pressure stage runner chamber 7. Exhaust of the high pressure stage runner chamber 7 is performed first by using the high pressure stage exhaust path 17 and the auxiliary exhaust path 25. When a water level is detected to reach in the vicinity of the outlet of the high pressure stage runner chamber 7 by a water level gage 27, a control valve 26 is opened, and thereafter, the exhaust of the high pressure stage runner chamber 7 is performed only by the high pressure stage exhaust path 17. When this exhaust is ended, exhaust of a low pressure stage runner chamber 13 by the low pressure stage exhaust path 18 is performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase restrictive force in respect to circumferencial extension of an upper cover and secure a proper gap value of a sliding part by mounting a ring-like support base for a guide bearing integrally with the split ring-like upper cover. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft water sealing device and a guide bearing 9 are stably held inside a split cylindrical upper cover 7. When hydraulic pressure is applied to a bottom of the upper cover 7, extension in a diameter direction is generated on an upper portion and an inner peripheral portion of the upper cover 7. The circumferencial displacement of the upper cover 7 is restricted by a split flange bolt 11, while rigidity in the circumferencial direction is reinforced by a support base 14 for the guide bearing, which is connected to the inner peripheral side thereof. Namely, the support base 14 for the guide bearing is connected to the upper cover 7 by fastening the bolt at the portion of the tapered fitting part. Both are connected to each other by frictional fore generated through fastening force of a bearing support base mounting bolt 17. The circumferencial displacement of the upper portion and the inner peripheral portion of the upper cover is effectively restricted by the fastening force of the split flange bolt 11 and the circumferencial rigidity of the support base 14 for the guide bearing.

In the thermal decomposition pretreatment, the supporting body is held for ≥1 hr at about ≥40°C being a temperature at which the precursor polymer is substantially not thermally decomposed or the supporting body is arranged in a pressure vessel (101) and is held at a temperature that the precursor polymer is substantially not thermally decomposed while pressurizing the inside of the vessel to ≥0.12 MPa.
