    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation of a quantity of ejected ink during recording even when using an ink tank having a large capacity for storing ink by providing a means for adjusting a height of the ink tank such that a liquid level in the ink tank is always equal to a height of an ink ejection face of a recording medium. SOLUTION: Each of ink tanks 25 (25a, 25b, 25c, 25d) is supported with each of spring bases 22 (22a, 22b, 22c, 22d) such that it is balanced with an upward elastic force of each of the respective spring bases which are independently provided. In this structure, when ink in the ink tank 25 on the spring base 22 is consumed and the weight thereof is reduced by, for example, 12g, the liquid level is lowered by 10 mm. However, as the ink tank 25 is urged upward by the spring, it is lifted by 10 mm, thereby balancing the weight with the reduction of the ink. As a result, the height of the liquid level in the ink tank 25 is maintained at a constant level. As the damper is provided thereto, it is possible to suppress the vibration of the liquid level even when a sudden change in condition, such an earthquake, occurs.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively ink jet recording apparatus miniaturized in apparatus constitution by using a recording sheet for gradation image recording ink jet containing a region perfectly colored by black so that reflecting optical density is a predetermined value or more. SOLUTION: A required gradation image part is predetermined and a latent image is recorded on a blank part other than the required gradation image part in a black solid state so that the optical density after development of a gradation image unrecorded part being a black solid part becomes 2.0 or more. A thermal developing photosensitive member has a photosensitive layer 17 on its support 18 and further has a protective layer 16 thereon. The protective layer 17 is formed by coating the photosensitive layer 17 with a dispersion containing at least pigment of which the surface is treated with a coupling agent and a water-soluble compd. A water-soluble polymeric material to be used is dissolved in 100g of water in an amt. of 5g or more.

    • PURPOSE:To solve a problem such as a flaw and fouling to a printing plate by forming superposing and non-superposing patterns to a superposing layer under the state, in which an original plate for photosensitive printing having the superposing layer between a support and a separate film is installed to a plate cylinder, peeling the separate film and constituting the printing plate. CONSTITUTION:The printing method is composed of a printing-image forming section A, a peeling section B and a printing section C, and a printing image pattern is formed to an original plate 12 for photosensitive printing mounted onto the circumferential surface of a plate cylinder 13 in the printing-image forming section A, and the printing-image forming section A is constituted of an optical system including an optical unit 130. The original plate 12 for photosensitive printing is formed by shaping a superposing layer 101 between a support 100 and a separate film 19, and superposing and non-superposing patterns are formed to the superposing layer 101. In the peeling section B, the separate films 19 on the original plate 12 are peeling by a separating guide 20, and the separate films 19 are recovered in a recovery tray 22. The original plate 12 is used as a printing plate by peeling the separate films 19, and printing is conducted by employing the original plate.
