    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection element, and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a plurality of liquid chambers, inner electrodes and a piezoelectric part are constituted integrally without exposing the inner electrode to the inner wall face of the liquid chamber and liquid can be ejected efficiently and highly accurately. SOLUTION: Electrodes 3, 4 are formed on ceramics green sheets 2a, 2b, respectively, by printing and laminated with another ceramics green sheet 2c. A burn-out structure 10 of a carbon compound or wax for constituting a liquid chamber is arranged thereon and supplied with piezoelectric sludge to produce a ceramics green sheet 2d of specified thickness on which an upper electrode 5 is formed by printing. A plurality of such laminate sheets are laminated and integrated and then cut into specified size. Subsequently, it is fired and the burn-out structure 10 is burnt out to form a liquid chamber thus obtaining a multiplayered piezoelectric liquid ejection element comprising inner electrodes 3, 4, 5 comprising a plurality of triple layers, a plurality of liquid chambers and a piezoelectric part are integrated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in an ink absorbing amount of an ink receiving layer under a high humidity condition by omitting use of a mold release sheet by releasably providing a transfer protective member on a rear surface of a base material as for forming a transparent protective film of a recorded image. SOLUTION: A recording medium F2 is superposed on a recording medium F1 obtained by recording a full color image on an ink receiving layer 5 from a transfer protective member 3 side provided on a rear surface of an ink receiving layer 2. Then, it is passed between roller pair 6, thermally press bonded, and a transparent protective film 3' is formed on a front surface of the layer 5. A portion 7 made of a base material 1 of the medium F2 and the layer 2 is released, and a record is obtained. Then, an image is formed on the portion 7 by a recording head 8, the medium F2 is superposed, laminated on the medium F1, and a new record f2" and a new recording medium F2' covered on an image surface with the protective film are obtained. An ink receiving layer of the medium F2' is heated by the pair 6, dried and hence high ink absorbency can be realized even under a high humidity condition.

SOLUTION: This device comprises a paper supplying section 36 and a paper discharge roller 37 as conveying means for conveying a recording medium 35 by each predetermined length and first and second recording heads 31A, 31B having two or more kinds of recording agents having different concentrations in each similar color and being scanning in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the recording medium 35. The recording heads 31A, 31B are disposed away from each other in the conveying direction at a distance which is not integral multiples of the predetermined length. The recording agent which is obtained by combining one or more agent is determined based on a pixel as the agent used for the recording of the pixel of an image having gradation and the paper supplying and recording by the recording heads 31A, 31B are controlled in accordance with the inputted image data and determined recording agent.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the manufacturing time by continuously and consistently conducting individual processes, and continuously punching a resin sheet at the same speed as its molding speed. SOLUTION: A fused resin is extruded from a T-die 16 by an extruding machine 18. it is pinched between a mirror roller 15 and a roll-shaped stamper 14, and a resin sheet 17 formed with a scale pattern and a positioning pin is manufactured. A drift perpendicular to the conveying direction of the sheet 17 is detected 47, protective members 28 are fed between pressure rubber rollers 27 and the sheet 17 by a feeder 27, and the protective members 28 and the sheet 17 are pinched by the rollers 27, and the protective members 28 are formed on both faces of the sheet 17.
