      SOLUTION: This foundation constructing member 1 comprises a rigid cylindrical body 2, a bag body 3 fixed to the cylindrical body 2 in a state of being applied to the outer face of the cylindrical body 2, and a base member 4 on which an anchor bolt 23 is mounted.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct lining material which allows a firm mortar lining to be reliably applied on the inner surface of an existing duct, with solid adhesion between a cylindrical cloth and the mortar.SOLUTION: Spacers 9 are attached spaced apart on the inner surface of a duct 8. A lining material 1 having a cylindrical cloth 4 with an airtight layer 5 on the inner surface and with sand 6 attached to the outer surface is inserted in the duct 8. A pressure fluid is injected into the lining material 1 such that the lining material 1 is in pressed contact with the spacers 9, and mortar 12 is injected between the duct 8 and the lining material 1 so that the sand 6 is impregnated with the mortar 12, to be hardened. Since the lining material has the cylindrical cloth with the airtight layer on the inner surface and with the sand attached to the surface, by inserting the lining material in the duct and injecting the mortar between the duct and the lining material, the mortar containing the sand hardens to allow solid adhesion between the cylindrical cloth and the mortar through the sand.
