The distortion section 16 has a strain gage which detects the load applied on the seat, based on the amount of distortion between the outer circumference side and the inner circumference side. An attaching hole 34a for connecting the lower bracket swingably is formed in a nut 34 which is used for clamping the inner circumference side member 13, so as to penetrate the nut 34 in its width direction.
