    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for adjusting load detection sensitivity of vehicular seats which accurately can detect crew's load while achieving reduction in cost of manufacturing.
      SOLUTION: The method includes step S1 to assemble each load sensor 1, and step S2 to assemble vehicular seat 90. A no-load output α, i.e., the sum of outputs from each load sensor 1 in no-load condition for the vehicular seat 90 assembled per the step S3 is obtained and stored into the memory of sensor ECU 10. In step S4, a prescribed load on the vehicular seat 90 is applied and adjusted output is obtained by subtracting the no-load output α from total output, i.e., the sum of outputs from each load sensor 1. Additionally, in step S5 is design output according to the prescribed load is divided by the adjusted output so as to calculate trimming coefficient β, and in step S6 the trimming coefficient β is stored into the memory of sensor ECU 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a strain body to which a strain gauge is adhered and an amplifier case for storing an amplifier substrate in line, to connect the strain gauge to the amplifier substrate through an FPC substrate, and to inexpensively protect the connecting part and the amplifier substrate with resin protective coating.
