    • PURPOSE:To increase only both capacities of a clean liquid room and a dirty water room and to execute a successive washing for a long time by housing a clean liquid bag to store the clean water or detergent liquid equipped with flexibility and a waterproofing character at the inside of a tank recovering the dirty water. CONSTITUTION:A cap 9a is opened, and the clean water or a detergent liquid D is injected from an injecting port 9 until a clean liquid bag 7 is fully bulged at the inside of a dirty water tank 6. A motor 12 for a feed pump is operated, the clean water or detergent liquid D is fed to a feeding hose 8 side by a pump blade 17, simultaneously, the rotation of a rotary brush 3, the traveling of a machine body 1 and the operation of a vacuum pump 5 are executed, then, the machine body 1 is made to travel, simultaneously, the floor surface is washed by the rotary brush 3, and simultaneously, a dirty water Da generated by the washing can be sucked and recovered from a squeeze 11 through a vacuum hose 10 into the dirty water tank 6. When the washing of the floor surface advances, the clean water or detergent liquid D in the clean liquid bag 7 is gradually decreased, and instead of it, the quantity of the dirty water Da sucked into the dirty water tank 6 is increased, thereby, the clean liquid bag 7 is deflected with the pressure of the dirty water Da by the degree, and a substantial capacity in the dirty tank 6 is increased.

    • PURPOSE:To grasp the pressure drop of a dust collector and to perform the dust removal for a filter conveniently in a proper period by providing both a means sensing the static pressure in the rear part of the filter and a means indicating the rise and fall of the sensed static pressure. CONSTITUTION:A static pressure sensing means sensing the static pressure in the rear part of a filter is provided to a dust collector provided with a dust removal device for the filter. The following indicating means is provided to the above-mentioned dust collector wherein the rise and fall of the static pressure sensed by the sensing means are checked for a preset value previously preset and indicated. The static pressure sensing means consists of a static pressure sensing sensor. The indicating means consists of a low-pressure indicating lamp lighted in case of a low-pressure preset value (subordinate preset value) or below, a normal-pressure indicating lamp lighted when the static pressure exceeds the low-pressure preset value, a high-pressure indicating lamp lighted when the static pressure exceeds the high-pressure preset value (superordinate preset value), and a dust removal indicating lamp lighted and urging dust removal when the static pressure similarly exceeds the upper limit preset value.

    • PURPOSE: To eliminate risk of pulverized/granular substance from stagnation under transportation surely without damaging the substance by determining the differential pressure setting value for emission of aux. air in compliance with the conditions including the the properties and quantity of substance, the length and diameter of a transport pipe, etc., automatically at the time of starting the transportation. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pressure sensors 24 (24A-24D) are installed at a certain spacing in the direction of a transport pipe 4, and the sensor output signals are fed to a controller 23 to determine the differential pressure between each pair of adjoining pressure sensors. When the obtained value exceeds the set value, opening/closing valves 25A-25C of aux. air supply devices 26A-26C provided between the pressure sensors 24 are opened, and to the applicable division where the set value is exceeded, the aux. air is supplied to eliminate stagnation. Therein the formula (A-B)÷C}×D is used to determine the reference setting value, where A is sensor value in the uppermost stream, B is sensor value in the undermost stream, C is the spacing of pressure sensors 24, and D is the differential pressure factor of the pulverized/granular substance, and the reference value is multiplied by the transport sequence factor of the applicable pressure sensor, and thereby the differential pressure setting value is calculated.
