摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent excess heating and pressing from occurring by holding always ground pressure of a pad for polishing to a floor face at a set pressure by following various changes in condition and releasing the grounding pressure of the pad to the floor face when running of a polishing machine is stopped. CONSTITUTION: Change of power of a motor for a pad changed by strength of grounding pressure of the pad 12 to a floor face is detected by means of a pad pressure detector 4T such as a watt meter and an ampere meter and when the detected value exceeds allowance of a set value, the pad 12 is elevated by rotating reversely a motor 19M for elevating/lowering the pad by means of a controlling device to lower the pad pressure and to fit it to the set value. On the contrary, when it is lowered below the allowance range of the set value, the pad 12 is lowered by rotating positively the motor 19M for elevating/ lowering the pad to elevate the pad pressure to the set value. In addition, when running of a vehicle body 1 is stopped during the floor face is polished with the pad 12 for polishing, a floor face protective mechanism is worked to immediately elevate and separate the pad 12 from the floor face and to prevent the floor face from being damaged.

Then, the most valid usable time te of the battery is obtained by fuzzy reasoning from the data detected with the voltage sensors 11S and then, sent to a display device 16 through the CPU14.

A display exhibits these acquired residual amount and hours serviceable.

As a result, a polisher can conduct effective protection of dust blowing-out from the skirt part by vacuum as little as possible.
