To, the optimum temp. difference DELTAT for a year described hereunder may be always held at a specified value: DELTAT=Tr-To. Therefore the temp. Tr of the molded form at a time of takeout is controlled by a formula 1 in correlation with To. Tr is controlled by the cooling time gamma of the inside of a mold. The atmospheric temp. To is always measured but the temp. utilized for control in the mean value To per day obtained from the value measured in the previous day. The temp. Tr of the molded form for To at a time of optimum takeout is calculated from the formula 1. Furthermore the optimum cooling period gamma is calculated from Tr by a formula 2 and control is performed.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a product with good appearance by a method wherein after a powdered material is prepd. by stirring a raw materials such as a PVC resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a filler, a coloring agent, etc., by means of a high speed mixer and grinding the mixture, and a kneading piece is placed on a coaxial position of each screw and molding is performed by an extrusion molding machine wherein a vent hole is provided on a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:After raw materials such as a PVC resin A, a plasticizer B, a stabilizer C, a filler D, a coloring agent E etc., are stirred by means of a high speed mixer 10 and the mixer is ground to prepare a powdered material, this is powdered material is extrusion-molded by a special extruder 11 of a multi-axial type wherein to improve kneading ability, a kneading piece N is provided on a coaxial position of each screw S and a vent hole V for removing a volatile ingredient is provided in a cylinder to prepare a flexible molding made of vinyl chloride. As the kneading piece N is provided on the screw part of the extruder 11, the powdered material is rapidly and thoroughly kneaded and as the generated gas is evacuated from the vent hole V, a flexible vinyl chloride product with good appearance can be molded.
