    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission case in which a bolt seat having excellent accuracy can be formed on a connection end to be fixed to an object for connection such as an engine case for a vehicle.
      SOLUTION: When a transmission case 1 is cast in, the casting is performed by passing a molten metal through a flange part 12 and an arc-shaped rib 15 to reduce the fluid resistance while the temperature of the molten metal is less dropped and the fluidity of the molten metal is excellent. Thus, any blow hole is formed in a die-cast product, and a bolt seat 13 of high accuracy can be cast. At the same time, when the die is drawn out of the transmission case 1, the force is applied, which prevents the die from being bent in the releasing direction of the arc-shaped rib 15, i.e., in the direction of the center axis of the transmission case 1. As a result, the release is facilitated, and any crack, breaking of a case product, small crack or distortion is not formed in a body part 2.
