In case the difference between the exhaust pressure and the intake pressure is over specific value, the operation of a compressor or a blower is controlled in order to prevent the evaporator form icing(S3). In the step for controlling the operation of the compressor or the blower, the pressure of an iced part is increased by increasing the input voltage of the blower.
