    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for making a temperature uniform and equipment for fabricating a semiconductor device using the same are provided to apply a heat spreader driven by a gas-liquid phase change heat transfer mechanism to a device for making a temperature uniform in a semiconductor deposition device, thereby making temperature distribution in the wafer uniform. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(100) provides a vacuum internal condition. A heater(102) is installed in the upper part of the chamber. A holder(105) supports a wafer(104) at a location facing the heater in the chamber. A heat spreader(103) is arranged between the heater and the wafer. The heat spreader makes a heat flux generated in the heater uniform by a gas-liquid phase change.

    • An optical module and an optical module package are provided to transmit a high frequency signal input from an external circuit to an optical element without loss and to apply for a high frequency band. An optical module is composed of an optical element(43); a signal line(42) for transmitting a high frequency signal input from an external circuit(50) to the optical element; a filter(45) formed by a pattern of the signal line and disconnecting the signal line at regular intervals; a resistance(47) of which one end is connected with the optical element, positioned independently of the signal line; and an inductor(60) restricting the high frequency signal from being transmitted to the external circuit supplying driving power to the optical element. Input impedance is matched in the signal line by the resistance.

    • PURPOSE: A light source of a tunable laser is provided to form the oscillation wavelength of stable laser regardless of temperature, driving current, and external environment by using an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: A light source of a tunable laser is formed with an optical fiber(100) and a semiconductor device(200). The optical fiber is used for forming a multiple-reflection peak. A nonreflective coating layer(32) is formed on one side of the semiconductor device. The semiconductor device includes a mode size converter region(20), a gain region(30), and a Bragg mirror region(40) in order to vary oscillation wavelength of laser. The optical fiber and the semiconductor device are coupled to each other by an optical coupling method. The oscillation wavelength of laser is determined according to the multiple-reflection peak of the optical fiber.
