    • Provided are a method for manufacturing breads, which produces healthful breads of many colors without using colorants, and a loess kiln therefor, which saves a fuel cost for heating an oven to a proper temperature and maintains a proper temperature for a long time. The method for manufacturing breads comprises the steps of: mixing eggs with sugar in a mass ratio of 1:3-5, thereto adding water and wheat flour in a mass ratio of 1:6-8 to be kneaded, and forming a thin outer skin, wherein the wheat flour is used in a mass ratio of 1:1-1.5 based on the mixture of the egg and sugar; putting red-bean sediments into the outer skin, wherein the red-bean sediment is used in an amount of 70-80% by mass of the paste; covering the bread with one, two or more selected from powders of natural materials such as ginseng, green tea leaves, cinnamon, mugworts, etc, wherein the natural powder is used in an amount of about 2-5% by weight of the bread; and putting the bread into a loess kiln to be baked at 300-400‹C for 3-7 minutes.

    • PURPOSE: A micro angular velocity indicator using a single crystal micromachining method is provided to increase the capacitance for enhancing resolution of a micro angular velocity indicator by using a single crystalline silicon as a micro structure. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer is formed on whole surface of a structure of a fine angular velocity indicator. A conductive layer is formed on whole surface of the insulating layer. A metal layer is formed on a part of the conductive layer. A triple layer of the insulating layer/conductive layer/metal layer is formed on the whole surface of the structure of the fine angular velocity indicator. The structure of the fine angular velocity indicator is insulated by etching partially the conductive layer of the triple layer to separate the conductive layer. A spring constant and a resonance frequency are controlled by increasing or reducing thickness of the insulating layer and the thickness of the conductive layer.

    • PURPOSE: A method for installing an ultrasonic sensor on side face in an ultrasonic traffic volume detecting apparatus is provided to easily detect traffic volume in case that there are cars or not, by using a difference of a reflected wave. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic traffic volume detecting apparatus detects a difference of a reflected wave from a road surface or cars and determines an existence and nonexistence of cars in an ultrasonic detecting area. The apparatus installs the sensor on a fixed angle not vertical to structures of a street side, in case that there are no cars in the ultrasonic detecting area, so as not to detect the reflected wave of the road surface.

CONSTITUTION: In method for acquiring a vehicle information, a first supersonic wave sensor and a second supersonic wave sensor are installed on a traffic lane so as to be spaced apart from each other. When a vehicle passes the region where the first and second supersonic wave sensors are installed, reflection wave signals of the vehicle are sensed by the first and second supersonic wave sensors. Vehicle information is acquired by use of output signals from the first and second supersonic wave sensors.
