    • The present invention relates to a method for extracting an indoor 3D model based on a point cloud obtained from a terrestrial LiDAR. The present invention reduces time and costs in comparison with the existing method by automatically extracting a plane comprising the indoor from a 3D point cloud obtained by laser scanning technology and extracting a 3D model by using the 3D point cloud with regard to the remaining indoor after the plane is extracted.       본 발명에 따른 원격탐사 데이터를 이용한 수질 모니터링 방법 및 이를 이용한 수질 모니터링 장치는 원격탐사 데이터의 영상밴드를 이용하여 실측된 수계와 영상밴드 사이의 상관관계를 도출하고, 도출된 상관관계를 통하여 수계의 전 지역의 수질평가를 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.

The point information is successively read in a main node module and is transmitted to at least one node module by corresponding to the strip information(S201). The node module segments the receive point information to the point group comprised of the adjacent point information(S202). The node module separates the segmented point group to the surface object and non-surface object and performs the post processing(S203). At least node module controls the position between strip information by recognizing the same object pair between the strip information through message passing between the node modules(S204).

    • PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for monitoring water quality are provided to enable the water quality assessment of the entire area of the river system by deriving and using the image band of remote exploration data and correlation between the actually surveyed water systems. CONSTITUTION: An image band extractor(10) extracts an image band from the image data acquired by the remote exploration. A correlation analyzer(20) compares the image data of the image band with the real data, and analyze the correlation. A TSI determination unit(30) determines the tropic state index(TSI) of the image data using the correlation. A water quality evaluator(40) evaluates the water quality of water system quantitatively by comparing a reference TSI with the TSI. A transmitter(50) transmits the water quality.

    • PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the junction possibility between structures is provided to prevent damage to a structure due to junction failure by previously grasping the junction problem and possibility between large structures. CONSTITUTION: A junction part between a first structure and a second structure is three-dimensionally scanned by using a terrestrial laser scanner(S201). A relative position of a junction part between the first and second structures is extracted from the scanned materials(S203). It is analyzed whether the relative position between the first and second structures is identical(S205). The junction part between the first and second structures is modeled when the relative position is identical. The junction possibility between the structures is determined by searching the collision for the modeled structure.
