    • Disclosed is a clothing dryer provided with a water-level sensing apparatus capable of easily sensing the water level of condensate water with a simple structure. The clothing dryer comprises: a main body; a drum installed in the inside of the main body so as to be able to rotate and to hold an object for drying; a base arranged in the lower part of the main body; a dehumidifying unit equipped in the base for condensing mositure contained in the air which is discharged from the drum; a holding water container which collects condensate water generated by the dehumidifying unit; and the water-level sensing apparatus capable of sensing the water level of condensate water collected in the holding water container, wherein the water-level sensing apparatus is formed to be movable according to the water level of condensate water, and can be formed to comprise: a floating unit including a conductor; and an electrode sensor which is formed to be able to sense the water level of condensate water if it is electrically connected with the conductor of the floating unit.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nitride semiconductor light emitting device is provided to improve luminous efficiency by suppressing a polarization phenomenon on a semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer including a first surface with a III group element polarity and a second surface with a nitrogen polarity is formed on a substrate. A crystal damage layer with a defect due to a nitrogen vacancy is formed on the second surface. The polarity of the second surface is changed into the III group element polarity by irradiating a laser to one side of the second surface. A light emitting structure (130a,130b) composed of a first conductive semiconductor layer (131a,131b), an active layer (132a,132b), and a second conductive semiconductor layer (133a,133b) is formed on the semiconductor layer. The nitrogen polarity of the light emitting structure is selectively removed by an etching process.
