    • PURPOSE: A cannabinoid derivative is provided to inhibit the generation of an inflammatory medium such as NO, iNOS, IL-6 and TNF-α in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells, thereby enabling the use of a therapeutic agent of autoimmune disease and inflammation disease. CONSTITUTION: A cannabinoid derivative is one selected from the group consisting of the compound of chemical formula 1, the compound of chemical formula 2, and the compound of chemical formula 3. In chemical formulas, R is -NHR1; R1 is one selected from the group consisting of alkyl substituted or unsubstituted with a hydroxyl group or halogen, acetyl, and heterocyclic alkyl substituted or unsubstituted with a hydroxyl group or halogen; single or two or more of the bond of C-8 and C-9, the bond of C-9 and C-10, the bond of C-10 and C-11, the bond of C-12 and C-13, the bond of C-13 and C-14, and the bond of C-15 and C-16 represent a single bond or a double bond with a dotted line; and n and m are an integer of 1-10.

    • The present invention relates to a method for the early detection of drug-induced nephrotoxicity by using a novel index material useful for detecting drug-induced nephrotoxicity in the early stages. The method for the early detection of drug-induced nephrotoxicity uses 3-indoxyl sulfate, which is a novel biomarker for the early detection of nephrotoxicity and has excellent sensitivity and specificity to drug-induced nephrotoxicity in urine, serum, and renal tissues of a target object; and trigonelline as a marker, to effectively detect the symptoms in the kidney of the target object in the early stages by a simple method, thereby being widely used in various fields such as the diagnosis of acute renal failure due to drugs which can often arise during clinical treatment and a clinical test which is necessary for new drug development.
