    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the operation duration required for completing the adjustment of the posture of a seat till a targeted posture is attained, and to restrain the size of power source section from being enlarged and thus the manufacturing cost from being increased, in a power seat for vehicles in which operating posture can be adjusted by a plurality of movable parts. SOLUTION: An electric motor (a maximum-duration-operation motor) that has become maximum-duration operative is first started. In the case wherein this causes other electric motors 1A and the like other than the maximum-duration-operation motor are started simultaneously as the maximum-duration-operation motor in the range of not exceeding the current capacity of the power source section 11, it becomes possible to prolong the duration of operation for a plurality of electric motors 1A and the like to be simultaneously operated, thereby making it possible to shorten the duration for completion of the operation. Accordingly, it becomes possible to shorten the duration required for completing the operation more than that of the conventional invention, while restraining the size of the power source section 11 from becoming enlarged and the cost of manufacturing from being increased.
