A non-close contact part 63 communicating with the hydraulic oil chamber 32 is formed between the close contact parts 62, and the non-close contact part 63 serves as the oil passage leading to the hydraulic oil chamber 32.

Consequently, tooth hitting of each differential rotation element can be stabilized to suppress occurrence of noise.
