    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide (1) a method and device for regulating an enzymatic reaction useful for an efficient enzymatic reaction, and also (2) a device and method for separating reaction products produced by the enzymatic reaction from a substrate at the same time with the enzymatic reaction and obtaining the reaction products by separating them to a product having a positive charge and product having a negative charge. SOLUTION: (1) This enzymatic reaction of a hydrolase is regulated by impressing an electric voltage on a reaction solution containing the hydrolase and its substrate. (2) By impressing the electric voltage on the reaction solution containing the enzyme and substrate in the reaction vessel, the enzymatic reaction products are produced in the reaction solution. By transporting the reaction products having the positive charge and negative charge among the enzymatic reaction products to each of the cathode side and anode side of an electric field formed in the reaction solution, and further by transferring the reaction products having the positive charge and negative charge to each of a separating vessel (-) and separating vessel (+), each communicating with the cathode side and anode side of the reaction vessel through ultra-filtration membranes, the enzymatic reaction products are produced and separated.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for separating and detecting various microbes quickly with high sensitivity, and an analyzer used for the method. SOLUTION: In the analysis method of microbes, a sample including the microbes is subjected to fine tube electrophoresis performed by using a migration buffer solution including an anionic polymer other than alginates. In the analysis method of microbes, the sample including the microbes is treated by a fluorescent antibody to be bonded to the microbes, and subjected to the fine tube electrophoresis, to thereby perform fluorescence detection of the microbes labeled by the fluorescent antibody. This analyzer for analyzing the microbes by using the fine tube electrophoresis is equipped with (1) a water tank storing the migration buffer solution including the anionic polymer other than alginates, (2) a fine tube for separating the microbes injected into the migration buffer solution, and (3) a detection means for detecting the separated microbes.
