    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely adjustable belt solving the following problem that a conventional finely adjustable belt structured so that a buckle body is moved to adjust the whole length of the belt, and fine serrated parts of the buckle body are slid to make fine adjustment of the length has poor durability resulting generation of nicks on the blade part of the fine serrated parts for example, and/or danger caused when used because of the sharpness of the blades.
      SOLUTION: The finely adjustable belt includes: a belt in which holes are made while leaving spaces in width and length directions; and a buckle having a pin inserted into the hole of the belt to fix the length of the belt and movable in the width direction, and a bar member supporting the pin. The pin has an annular part the base part of which is engaged with the bar member, and a key protruding to the inside of the annular part. The bar member has a groove through which the pin moves on the bar member in its width direction and its rotational direction. The pin and the bar member have such a structure that the key of the pin can freely move through the groove of the bar member.

    • An apparatus and method for generating an internal supply voltage for a semiconductor integrated circuit, includes a first voltage generator which generates a voltage in response to a predetermined characteristic of the semiconductor integrated circuit, a second voltage generator which generates a second voltage from a reference voltage generator, and a selecting circuit which selects from among the first and second voltage. The selected voltage is suppled to an internal supply voltage generator which generates therefrom an internal supply voltage for the semiconductor integrated circuit.     • A disk drive. The disk drive includes a plurality of head-sliders, an actuator, a plurality of clearance adjustment sections, and a controller. Each head-slider includes a slider and a magnetic-recording head on the slider for accessing a disk for storing data. The plurality of head-sliders is secured to the actuator that is configured to move the plurality of head-sliders concurrently. Each clearance adjustment section corresponds to each head-slider of the plurality of head-sliders and adjusts a clearance of the corresponding head-slider.
