    • A percussion hammer tool comprises a spindle 1 causing rotation about an axis thereof. The spindle 1 is driven by a motor M. A hammer 3, slidably coupled with the spindle 1, generates a percussion force to rotate and hit an anvil. The anvil is divided into an engaging portion 7 engageable with the hammer 3 and a tip tool holding portion 8 holding a tip tool 16. The engaging portion 7 and the tip tool holding portion 8 are locked with each other. A torque transmitting mechanism 11 makes the engaging portion 7 and the tip tool holding portion 8 displaceable with each other telescopically in an axial direction. A cushion member 10 is provided in a clearance 9a between the engaging portion 7 and the tip tool holding portion 8, thereby transmitting an angular component of the percussion force while absorbing an axial component of the percussion force. An additional cushion member 13 may be interposed between the spindle 1 and the anvil.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel which is capable of suppressing a generation amount of carbonic acid gas and of curtailing the operation cost of a boiler or the like, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.
SOLUTION: The liquid fuel invented is characterized in that a petrochemical fuel and an ionized water are intermixed and suspension-liquefied. The above petrochemical fuel includes a heavy oil. The above ionized water includes one formed by energizing a purified soft water. The above ionized water has a blend ratio of preferably 10-75 pts.wt relative to 100 pts.wt of the total amount of the above liquid fuel. The liquid fuel invented can be manufactured by a process of passing under pressure a mixture of the above petrochemical fuel and the above ionized water through a minute opening.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid fuel that suppresses the amount of carbon dioxide generated and reduces operation cost of a boiler or the like, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: In the liquid fuel, petrochemical fuel, water, and oxygen are mingled together and made into a suspension. As the petrochemical fuel, heavy oil is included. The amount of water blended is preferably in the range of 10-75 pts.wt. when the total amount of the liquid fuel is 100 pts.wt. The liquid fuel is produced by the production method including the steps of: making the mixture of the petrochemical fuel and water into a suspension; and performing addition of oxygen.
