    • A display apparatus includes a display panel, a plurality of gate lines driving circuit parts, a plurality of data lines driving circuit parts and a timing control part. The display panel includes a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines. The gate lines driving circuit parts output gate signals to the gate lines. The data lines driving circuit parts output data signals to the data lines. The timing control part applies a dummy gate signal to at least one dummy gate line, controls a latch sequence of image data and an output sequence of the gate lines driving circuit parts in a reverse sequence, in response to an inverted-mounting mode selection signal for displaying an inverted mount image to the display panel. Because signal lines can be shortened, heat generated by the display apparatus may be decreased and image quality of the display apparatus may be improved.

    • A timing controller includes a receiver, an internal clock generator, a first frequency converter, a first selector and a control signal generator. The receiver receives an image signal and a main clock signal having a first spread spectrum frequency from an external system, converts the main clock signal to a converted main clock signal and the image signal to a first converted image signal, and outputs the converted main clock signal as a first clock signal having a plurality of frequencies. The heat exchanger includes a sensible heat exchange unit that absorbs sensible heat generated from an upward combustion burner; a latent heat exchange unit that absorbs latent heat of vapor included in exhaust gas which has been heat-exchanged in the sensible heat exchange unit; and a condensed-water tray that discharges condensed water generated from the latent heat exchange unit. An upward flow of exhaust gas passed through the sensible heat exchange unit is converted into a downward flow that passes through the latent heat exchange unit, and the latent heat exchange unit is installed so that the flow direction of the exhaust gas passing through the latent heat exchange unit vertically coincides with the falling direction of condensed water generated by the latent heat exchange unit.

    • The present invention relates to a hot water supplying system that includes a preheating-circulating system, which heats water to maximally reduce the time to attain a temperature set by a user, and is designed to use a portion of preheating energy for heating, preventing pipelines from being frozen to burst in winter by preheating-circulating. In order to achieve the object, the invention provides a hot water supplying system that includes: a water tank for storing water flowing into an inlet; a heat exchanger for heating the water flowed therein; a controller that compares a temperature measured by a temperature sensor disposed at a predetermined position in a pipeline through which water flows, with a set preheating temperature, and controls the operation of the heat exchanger; and a pump that is disposed in a pipeline connecting a first node, which is disposed in a pipeline connecting the heat exchanger with an outlet, with a second node, which is disposed in a pipeline connecting the inlet with the water tank. According to a hot water supplying system of the invention, a water tank storing a predetermined amount of water is provided in the hot water supplying system, such that it is possible to supply hot water heated by a set temperature in the shortest time when a user wants to use the hot water, by preheating water stored in the water tank and remaining in the pipelines even when the hot water is not being used, and to prevent the pipelines from freezing and bursting during the winter.
