    • Described are nucleic acid molecules encoding basal endosperm transfer cell layer (BETL) specific proteins as well as regulatory sequences which naturally regulate the expression of such nucleic acid molecules. Vectors comprising said nucleic acid molecules, wherein the nucleic acid molecules are operatively linked to regulatory elements allowing expression in prokaryotic and/or eukaryotic host cells as well as proteins encoded by said nucleic acid molecules, antibodies to said proteins and methods for their production are provided. Described are also recombinant DNA molecules and vectors comprising said regulatory sequences as well as host cells transformed therewith. Furthermore, kits and diagnostic compositions comprising the aforementioned nucleic acid molecules, proteins, antibodies, regulatory sequences, recombinant DNA molecules and vectors as well as antibodies are provided. Also provided are methods for the identification of compounds being capable of activating or inhibiting the expression of BETL specific genes. Furthermore, transgenic plant cells, plant tissue and plants containing the above-described nucleic acid molecules, regulatory sequences, recombinant DNA molecules and vectors as well as the use of the aforementioned nucleic acid molecules, regulatory sequences, recombinant DNA molecules, vectors, proteins, antibodies, peptides and/or compounds identified by a method of the invention in plant cell and tissue culture, plant breeding and/or agriculture are described.

    • A touch detection method for capacitive touch panels includes the steps of scanning the rows and columns of the capacitive matrix of a touch panel respectively; obtaining the capacitance differential value; processing the obtained capacitance differential value; and determining whether there is a touch on the touch panel in response to the processed capacitance differential value. The capacitance differential value is obtained by one of the steps of synchronously scanning two rows at the same time; synchronously scanning two columns at the same time; scanning one row to obtain the capacitance differential value between the row and a reference capacitance; and scanning one column to obtain the capacitance differential value between the column and a reference capacitance. The present invention creates conditions for the elimination of common code interferences and greatly improves the interference resistance of a capacitive touch panel.

    • The present invention provides a bottom nozzle filtering device and a debris-preventive bottom nozzle that can be used for a light water reactor (LWR) nuclear fuel assembly. The bottom nozzle filtering device includes a plurality of successively spliced unit plates; a through flow channel is formed between the spliced adjacent unit plates; the flow channel includes a plurality of spaced straight-section flow inlets and straight-section flow outlets, and a flow subchannel communicating; the outlet section of each straight-section flow inlet in the middle splits respectively into two flow subchannels, and the inlet section of each straight-section flow outlet in the middle communicates respectively with the two flow subchannels. The flow direction of the coolant is controlled by the straight-section flow inlet, the straight-section flow outlet, the flow subchannel to prevent unnecessary eddies forming, making the pressure loss effectively controlled and improving the filtering effect.
