摘要： A tandem laser scanning unit (LSU) is provided. The tandem LSU includes a light source, a beam deflector, and an optical scanning lens. The beam deflector rotates on a light-emitting path of the light source to simultaneously deflect different light beams obliquely incident at a predetermined angle to each other within a sub-scanning plane substantially parallel to the rotational axis of the beam deflector. The optical scanning lens allows the light beams deflected by the beam deflector to be condensed on corresponding photosensitive drums. The optical scanning lens includes at least one sub-scanning cross-section having an aspherical surface to reduce the curvature of a scanning line. Using the tandem LSU, the distortion and curvature of the scanning line are corrected while providing an oblique incidence optical system having advantages in terms of manufacturing costs and driving efficiency.

The line printer head includes multiple light emitting devices in a linear arrangement along a main scanning direction. Each light emitting device includes a light emitting region, a first electrode on a lower portion of the light emitting region, a second electrode on an upper portion of the light emitting region and an optical waveguide disposed above the second electrode and configured to guide light generated by the light emitted region such that the light is output through an opening of the optical waveguide. The integrated circuit is configured to drive the light emitting devices and has multiple output terminals, each of which is connected to the first electrode of the respective corresponding one of the light emitting devices. The light emitting devices and the integrated circuit are formed on the same substrate.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel antireflective coating composition for forming an underlayer for a photoresist comprising an acid generator and a novel siloxane polymer, where the siloxane polymer comprises at least one absorbing chromophore and at least one self-crosslinking functionality of structure (1), where m is 0 or 1, W and W′ are independently a valence bond or a connecting group linking the cyclic ether to the silicon of the polymer and L is selected from hydrogen, W′ and W, or L and W′ are combined to comprise a cycloaliphatic linking group linking the cyclic ether to the silicon of the polymer. The invention also relates to a process for imaging the photoresist coated over the novel antireflective coating composition and provides good lithographic results. The invention further relates to a novel siloxane polymer, where the siloxane polymer comprises at least one absorbing chromophore and at least one self-crosslinking functionality of structure (1).
