    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fish sorter capable of preventing the narrowing of fishes, lessening labor and improving a treatment capacity. SOLUTION: This sorter has a draining section 3 for separating the fishes from water, a freely rotatable sorting drum section 5 for sorting the fishes drained in the draining section and a driving section for driving the sorting drum section 5. The sorting drum section 5 consists of a rotary drum body which is disposed with many revolving rollers 4 spaced from each other in a drum form and is formed with fish transfer paths on the inner side of this drum. The rotary drum body is arranged to incline in such a manner that the upstream side of the fish transfer paths exists in the position higher than the downstream side of the fish transfer paths. The spacings between the revolving rollers 4 are formed as fish sorting ports.

    • A network camera system is configured such that an adapter is connected with a digital camera, and the adapter is connected with a network to which a client is also connected. A video signal representing a real-time image and a digital image signal representing a high-resolution still image are transmitted from the camera to the adapter. The adapter has a function of a file server and allows the client to download image data corresponding to the high-resolution still image. The adapter device further has a function of a streaming server and transmits streaming data representing the real-time image. The client can transmit an operation command to the adapter through the network, and the adapter can transfer the command to the camera to perform the operation required by the client.

A monitor displays two pictures side by side, which are rearranged until two pictures displayed side by side form a proper pair for producing a survey map section. It is determined whether respective two pictures displayed side by side are defined as left-hand and right-hand pictures or right-hand and left-hand pictures with respect to the targets photographed thereon, whereby respective left-hand and right-hand pictures in each pair are displayed at left and right sides on the monitor.

    • An optical member inspection apparatus includes an inspection optical system having a light source, and a diffusing means for diffusing the light emitted from the light source. The diffusing means has a central portion and a peripheral portion. The diffusion transmittance of the peripheral portion is higher than the diffusion transmittance of the central portion. The inspection optical system is also provided with an image pick-up means to pick-up an image of the optical member to be inspected, and is positioned so as to receive that light emitted from the light source and transmitted through the diffusing means and the optical member. A judging means is also provided, for judging whether or not the optical member has a defect, in accordance with image signals output from the image pick-up means.

    • A photogrammetric measurement system produces a survey map based on a set of photographed pictures obtained at two different photographing positions. Each of the pictures includes at least one continuous line and at least three conspicuous points away from the continuous line, with at least one of the conspicuous points and remaining conspicuous points being placed at opposing sides of the continuous line. The set of pictures are produced as a first picture and a second picture. First lines are produced between the conspicuous points on the first picture such that the lines intersect the continuous line, thereby generating intersecting points. Second lines are produced between the conspicuous points on the second picture such that the lines intersect the continuous line, thereby generating further intersecting points. A set of corresponding intersecting points are designated on the first and second pictures, and intersecting points are produced on the survey map based on the designated corresponding intersecting points. A line, connecting the intersecting points, is thus produced on the survey map.
