摘要： An inductively-coupled plasma processing chamber has a chamber with a ceiling. A first and second antenna are placed adjacent to the ceiling. The first antenna is concentric to the second antenna. A plasma source power supply is coupled to the first and second antenna. The plasma source power supply generates a first RF power to the first antenna, and a second RF power to the second antenna. A substrate support disposed within the chamber. The size of the first antenna and a distance between the substrate support are such that the etch rate of the substrate on the substrate support is substantially uniform.

摘要： A partially biodegradable stent includes a main net body of hollow cylindrical shape formed of elastically deformable wires interlaced with each other, the net body extending in a longitudinal direction and terminating at open opposite ends, and an auxiliary net portion provided at one of the open opposite ends of the main net body, the auxiliary net portion formed of a biodegradable wire which can be degraded and removed by a bodily fluid. The auxiliary net portion is formed by interlacing the biodegradable wire into a cylindrical shape independently of the main net body or by interlacing the biodegradable wire with the elastically deformable wires at one of the open opposite ends of the main net body.

摘要： A method for etching a dielectric layer disposed below a patterned organic mask with features, with hardmasks at bottoms of some of the organic mask features is provided. An etch gas is provided. The etch gas is formed into a plasma. A bias RF with a frequency between 2 and 60 MHz is provided that provides pulsed bias with a pulse frequency between 10 Hz and 1 kHz wherein the pulsed bias selectively deposits on top of the organic mask with respect to the dielectric layer.

摘要： A method for etching with CD reduction, an etch layer disposed below a silicon containing mask layer under a patterned organic mask with features with a first CD. Features are opened in the silicon containing mask layer using the patterned organic mask, comprising providing an opening gas with an etchant component and polymerizing component, forming the opening gas into a plasma, and providing a pulsed bias with a pulse frequency between 10 Hz and 1 kHz, which etches features through the silicon containing mask layer with a second CD, which is less than half the first CD, forming a pattern in the silicon containing mask layer. The pattern of the silicon containing mask layer is transferred to the etch layer.

A mobile station transmits a location registration message to a target BSC when moving to the target BSC adjacent to a source BSC.
