摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for providing an advertising moving picture capable of easily producing an advertising moving picture adapting to himself or herself in the Internet environment inexpensively. SOLUTION: A user browses a list of various moving picture clips which are prepared in advance and directly selects moving picture clips suitable for his or her commodity advertisement to arrange the moving picture clips, thereafter inputs caption texts to correspond to the respective moving picture clips, and combines the moving picture clips with background music pieces. All users are allowed to borrow advertising moving pictures that are created by other users and modify some portions of the advertising moving pictures to suit themselves, and thereby can simply and easily create an advertising moving picture. In addition, a user having generated an advertising moving picture using contents registered by himself or herself settles a part of expense paid by himself or herself, and a user having generated an advertising moving picture by using an advertising moving picture registered by another user settles a part of expense paid by the user for the producer of the borrowed advertising moving picture, whereby various contents can be secured, and the generation of the advertising moving picture can be activated.
