    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional boiling water softening type mouthpiece is applied as the impression of the occlusal surfaces of vertical teeth, makes a fixed occluding relation, cannot give movement (before and behind, right and left) having a free nature to mandibular movement, cannot perform a quantitative bite up, and is therefore unsuitable to a therapeutic purpose called posture reform and the adjustment of a back curve.
      SOLUTION: The quantitative bite up is enabled by preparing a stabilizer blade (a scatterable seal), which is not softened by boiling water, in the lower part of the occlusal surface of the boiling water softening type mouthpiece, and being employed for a purpose called posture reform and the adjustment of the back curve by giving movement (before and behind, right and left) having a measure of free nature to the mandibular movement.

SOLUTION: The side of a cheek side portion of the mouthpiece is provided with a front stabilizer (a scattering seal)2 not softened with hot water, thereby preventing a setting phenomenon even when the thickness of the cheek side portion at the roof of the mouth in the mouthpiece is 1 mm or less.
