SOLUTION: The tractive hoist comprises a disk hub 2 and a disk nut 6 both fitted about a shaft 1, a pair of brake linings 3 and a ratchet 4 all fitted about the disk hub 2, a pawl 5 meshing with the ratchet 4, and an unlocking mechanism 13 for releasing the pawl 5 away from the ratchet 4. A handle boss part 16 with an axial polygonal recess 15 at its outer end is connected to the outer end of the disk nut 6, and an operating handle 18 with a ratchet mechanism 20 having a fitting projection 19 conforming to the recess 15 is releasably attachable to the handle boss part 16 to rotate it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the workability, by providing specified rotary brushes transferring ballast and compacting means for the inside and outside areas of rails, on a truck traveling on the rails. SOLUTION: A truck is shifted forward and ballast at nearby positions of both ends of sleepers 15 is collected to the rails 1 side by a raking-up rotary brush 7 and scrapped to the inside area 6 of the rails by a raking rotary brush 8. The ballast in the inside area 6 are dug and collected to the rails 1 side by a raking-out rotary brush 9 and collected to the right and left central sides of the inside area 6 by a collecting rotary brush 10. And the ballast on the sleepers 15 is swept by a sweeping device 12. Then, the inside area 6 is compacted by a roller of a compacting means 14 and a middle hollow space evenly dug by a specified depth from the upper face of the right and left central parts of the sleeper 15, is formed. Ballast at the rails is removed by a removing rotary brush 11 and the ballast at the outside area 5 of the rails are compacted by a roller 13. In this way, the work is automatically executed and the working efficiency can be greatly increased and the ballast can be uniformly scattered.
