    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever type traction winch which can improve safety by eliminating a self-propelling phenomenon in the lowering direction by light load. SOLUTION: This winch is provided with a disc hub fixed on a pinion shaft 1, a disc nut 3 screwed onto a threaded part of the pinion shaft 1, a lever which can oscillate around the axial center on the pinion shaft 1, and a claw member 27 having a claw piece 25 for winding and a claw piece 26 for lowering which are fitted on the lever and are locked so as to be engaged and disengaged at protrusion and recess teeth 24 in the external circumference of the disc nut 3. The shape of the claw piece 25 for lifting is different from that of the claw piece 26 for lowering. An protrusion part contact point 31 of the claw piece 26 for lowering contacts roughly middle part of a side surface of a protrusion part 24a of the protrusion and recess teeth 24 of the disc nut 3. An angle of a straight line L1 orthogonal to a straight line L connecting a center line O of the disc nut 3 and the protrusion part contact point 31 of the claw piece 26 for lowering to a tangential line S of the claw piece 26 for lowering and the protrusion part 24a of the protrusion and recess teeth 24 is kept between 60 and 90 degrees.

    • PURPOSE:To rapidly perform switching operation between a braking state and an idling state while the braking state can be surely maintained in a neutral state of a switching piece. CONSTITUTION:An idling switching member 28 having a handle operation part 25 and spring support part 27 is attached to one end of a pinion shaft 1. A disc nut 13 is screwed on the pinion shaft 1 in a retractable manner with screw motion and the spring support part 27 is rotatively arranged inside a hole part 29 of the disc nut 13. A torsion coil spring 30 elastically energizing the disc nut 13 so as to rotate in the working direction of a brake mechanism 20 is interposed between the disc nut 13 and the spring support part 27. An engaging ball 37 capable of engaging/disengaging with/from a engaging notch 38 formed in the hole part 29 of the disc nut 13 and a spring elastically energizing the engaging ball 37 are provided in the spring support part 27.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent load falling at the time of a light load by setting the shape of a cam surface part so as to release each locking of a pair of nail pieces against the spring force of an elastic member in a nail piece facing condition of a cam one end part, and making switching via a locking condition. CONSTITUTION:A relative cam surface 36 is formed with a cam outer peripheral surface 33, the cam facing surface 34 of a winding nail piece 28, and the cam facing surface 35 of a lowering nail piece 29, and the rotation of a supporting axis 32 around the axis core of the relative cam 30 to oscillate each nail piece 28 and 29. One end of the supporting axis 32 to which the switching cam 30 is fixed is protruded to the front of a manual handle 23, and a switching lever is fixed to the end. The shape of the cam surface part 36 is set so as to release each locking of a pair of nail pieces 28 and 29 against the spring force of a spring member 31 in the nail piece facing condition of a cam one end part 37. The switching from winding operation to lowering operation or the reverse can be made by the switching lever's operation without via a racing condition where respective nail pieces 28 and 29 are not locked to an irregular tooth 27.

    • PURPOSE:To actualize smooth transfer operation and system compaction by forming both outer and inner spring chambers with a hole part of an idling handle, and energizing a disk nut and this idling handle resiliently in both approaching and separating direction to and from a disk hub, respectively. CONSTITUTION:To obtain an idle condition, an idling handle is gripped by hand and a thread part 12 of a shaft is rotated to the backward direction of a screwed part of a disk nut 11, if so, this disk nut 11 separates from brake lining 14, so that a brake part 16 is releasable. A first spring 31 comes into a state of being yet more compressed in the idle, and thereby this resilient force becomes larger than a second spring 32, so that friction drag in the screwed part increases, and the disk nut 11 will not go nearer to the side of a disk hub 10 by dint of inertia, keeping the idle, and a quick return can be done freely.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a traction winch whose miniaturization can be attained to enable a use load to increase. CONSTITUTION:A load chain 2 formed by successively connecting a number of the first/second links 11..., 12..., so that the first link 11 of elliptical shape and the second link 12 of elliptical shape are adjacent to each other, and a load sheave 3 rotating the load chain 2 suspended are provided. The load sheave 3 comprises a sheave main unit part 15, in which the first link 11 is brought into contact so as to place its minor axis A1 in a parallel condition to a rotary shaft center C of the load sheave 3 and also one long side part 13a of the second link 12 is brought into contact so as to place its minor axis A2 orthogonal to the rotary shaft center C of the load sheave 3, and a load reception supporting part 16 protrusively provided in an external diametric direction from the sheave main unit part 15 and inserted into the first link 11 and also brought into contact along an external diametric side peripheral surface aside the one long side part 13a of a circular arc part 14a of the second link 12.
