    • The present invention relates to a cloth material having sun-shielding and air-ventilating functions, and to working clothes made of the cloth material. The cloth material comprises: a base cloth which is pervious to air; and a plurality of sun-shielding members which are fixed at one side of the base cloth in order to block direct sunlight being irradiated from an external source onto the base cloth and to enable the base cloth to be shaded, wherein the sun-shielding members are spaced apart from each other so as to enable an airflow to pass through the base cloth. In addition, the working clothes comprise: a base cloth which is pervious to air and which is shaped as a jacket; and a plurality of sun-shielding members fixed at the base cloth to enable the base cloth to be shaded. The above-described cloth material having sun-shielding and air-ventilating functions and working clothes made of the cloth material according to the present invention have both a sun-shielding function for blocking direct sunlight and an air-ventilating function for ventilating external air, and thus can maintain cooling effects at the maximum level. Therefore, the cloth material and working clothes of the present invention can significantly reduce the amount of heat transfer to the body of a worker, thus preventing a variety of accidents caused by thermal stress and improving work efficiency. Particularly, the cloth material and working clothes of the present invention have a simple structure and are lightweight, and therefore can be freely and conveniently used.

    • The present invention relates to a method for producing a climate crisis index. The present invention provides a method for producing a climate crisis index as a indicator indicating the level of a risk according to climate change, wherein an average of the sum of the following indexes is produced as a climate crisis index: a carbon dioxide(CO2) index using a carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere, a temperature index using a temperature anomaly, a food security index using food statistics, an energy security index using total electricity net generation, a water security index using precipitation, and a failed state index indicating vulnerability of countries. As described above, since the present invention is configured such that a climate crisis index is calculated quantitatively on an indexation basis based on various factors, an adaptive strategy against climate change can be effectively established and countermeasures against the climate change can be developed.
