    • The present invention relates to a medical stent coated with a photosensitizer, and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to a composition for coating a stent for photodynamic therapy, comprising a photosensitizer, a non-degradable polymer and an organic solvent, a medical stent coated with a photosensitizer, comprising a layer coated with the coating composition, a preparation method of the stent, and photodynamic therapy using the stent. A medical stent coated with the coating composition according to the present invention, is prepared by dissolving a photosensitizer and a non-degradable polymer in an organic solvent; coating a stent with a coating solvent where the photosensitizer and the non-degradable polymer are dissolved; and volatilizing the coating solvent. Excellent treatment effects can be induced in vivo even after a long time since a photosensitizer, which is a pharmaceutically active material, is adhered to a stent for a long time by a non-degradable polymer, and a patient can be up and around outside after operation since only target cells can be selectively treated according to whether light is irradiated, in vivo side effects are small compared with known photodynamic therapy through transdermal or oral administration and it is possible to repeatedly carry out operations several times.

    • The present invention provides a gadolinium complex in which gadolinium is coordinated with and covalently bonded to diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) dianhydride of a pullulan-DTPA conjugate prepared by ester-bonding pullulan to DTPA, to a method for preparing same, to an MRI contrast agent composition containing the complex, and to a method for providing information for diagnosing a disease using the complex as an MRI contrast agent. The gadolinium-DTPA complex in which pullulan is ester-bonded to DTPA according to the present invention has a prolonged in vivo half-life, less toxicity, and a signal with a higher strength for providing a clearer MRI when compared with conventional gadolinium-DTPA complexes. Therefore, the gadolinium-DTPA complex of the present invention can not only be advantageously used as an MRI contrast agent but also produces MRI images in which a liver disease portion and a normal tissue portion can be discriminated, and can thus be used as an MRI contrast agent for the liver.

Further, since the hemostatic agent contains the supplement, the ulcer can be cured by the medical effect and growth factor of the supplement.

The conjugate of the present invention may not show cytotoxicity for cells other than cancer cells even when near infrared ray is irradiated, and thus exhibits superior in vivo stability, and therefore, may be valuably used in disease diagnosis or therapy using photodynamics.
