摘要： An apparatus for absorbing torque vibration comprises inertial bodies comprising first and second flywheels, and a damper mechanism, torque limiting mechanism and hysteresis mechanism interposed between the first and second flywheels.The rotation is transmitted between both flywheels via damper mechanism, torque limiting mechanism and hysteresis mechanism. Resilient members are secured to spring seats, which are engaged with both ends of a spring of the damper mechanism, at an inner-half portion of the spring seat closer to the axis of said flywheels than an axial line of the spring. Excess compression of the resilient members is prevented.

The interlocking construction comprises an interlocking plate rotatably provided on a shift and select lever shaft but prevented from rotating with respect to a case, so that when a second projection of the lever shaft engages an engaging portion of a first shift head, the interlocking plate is engageable with the engaging portions of the shift forks on a first fork shaft which are not engaged by a first projection, as well as with the engaging portion of a second shift head, whereas, when the second projection does not engage with the first shift head, the interlocking plate is engageable with the engaging portions of all shift forks on the first fork shaft, as well as the engaging portion of the first shift head.

摘要： A device for preventing reverse gear buzzing in a manual transmission comprising a transmission casing, a forward speeds unit provided with a plurality of synchromesh mechanisms, a reverse unit provided with a selective sliding mesh mechanism of a reverse idler gear and having a reverse shift head, a shift-and-select lever shaft, an inner lever attached to the shift-and-select lever shaft, an interlocking plate loosely mounted to the shift-and-select lever shaft and holding the inner lever at both ends, said interlocking plate serving to hold immovably at the neutral position the remaining shift heads other than one of said shift heads which is selected by the select operation of the inner lever, a locking means fixed to the transmission casing and adapted to hold the interlocking plate in such a manner that the interlocking plate is permitted to axially move together with the lever shaft and to rotate relative to the lever shaft, a stopper formed on the shift head adjacent to the reverse shift head and adapted to be engaged and disengaged from the inner lever and means mounted on the inner lever for abutting against the locking means at the reverse select position of the inner lever in such a manner that after abutting of the abutting means against the locking means the inner lever is permitted to slightly move in the shift and select directions and subsequently move only in the shift direction.

A door bumper 3 is disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the opening 2a, and side door bumpers 4 are disposed on both sides of the door bumper 3. A door body 1, which closes the opening 2a and which has a specific gravity lower than a seawater, is attached between the side door bumpers 4 on both sides so as to freely swing upwards, with a lower portion of the door bumper 3 serving as a fulcrum.

摘要： A flywheel device with a torsional damper including a driving side flywheel and a driven side flywheel, a first spring mechanism directly connecting the driving and driven side flywheels, and a second spring mechanism connecting the driving and driven side flywheels via a friction mechanism. The second spring mechanism and the friction mechanism are arranged in series with each other and the series combination of the second mechanism and the friction mechanism is arranged in parallel to the first spring mechanism. The first spring mechanism includes at least one combination of two springs arranged in series with each other. The two springs have a different spring constant or a different maximum angular stroke. Thus, a spring constant of the first spring mechanism changes at a predetermined torsional angle whereby a torque capacity of the flywheel is greatly increased.
