    • A color inspection system capable of making a determination on pass or failure with accuracy equivalent to that for the case of a visual inspection even in the case of inspecting various textile products as measurement targets, such as raised cloth, cloth with printed patterns such as a marbled pattern, moire pattern and detailed pattern is provided. With the color inspection system, an illuminant is set to shine a light on the surface of a textile product placed on the top surface of a measuring platform to thereby make measurements from a direction at an angle of 45 degrees from the surface of a measuring region of the textile product by use of a spectroradiometer of a measuring unit. The spectroradiometer is provided with a wide range lens attached thereto to thereby expand a measuring region. The results of measurement by the spectroradiometer are inputted to an information processor of a determination unit. The information processor computes color values for the whole measuring region to be compared with standard color values stored in a memory to thereby make a determination on pass or fail.

    • The objective of the invention is to provide a color inspection system capable of making determination on pass or failure with accuracy equivalent to that for the case of visual inspection even in the case of inspecting various textile products as measurement targets, such as a raised cloth, cloth with printed patterns such as marbled pattern, moire pattern and detailed pattern, and so forth. With a color inspection system, an illuminant is set to shine light on the surface of a textile product M placed on the top surface of a measuring platform to thereby make measurements from a direction at an angle of 45 degrees from the surface of a measuring region of the textile product M by use of a spectroradiometer of a measuring unit. The spectroradiometer is provided with a wide range lens attached thereto to thereby expand a measuring region. The results of measurement by the spectroradiometer are inputted to an information processor of a determination unit. The information processor computes color values for the whole measuring region to be compared with standard color values stored in a memory to thereby make determination on pass or fail.

    • A surface treatment of a glass fabric used for a fiber reinforced composite such as multilayer circuit boards comprises the steps of exposing the glass fabric to an atmospheric pressure plasma of a mixture gas to obtain a plasma-treated surface of the glass fabric, and coating an organosilane compound on the plasma-treated surface. The mixture gas contains as a reaction gas at least one of an oxidative gas and a fluorine-containing gas, and a rare gas as a carrier of the reaction gas. The mixture gas is pre-heated prior to the plasma excitation thereof. When the glass fabric includes an organic compound as a sizing agent, the organic compound can be efficiently removed from the glass fabric by the exposing step. For example, the organosilane compound can be coated on the plasma-treated surface by exposing the plasma-treated surface to a second atmospheric pressure plasma of a second mixture gas containing an organosilane monomer. The surface treatment of the present invention is useful to efficiently produce a multilayer circuit board having excellent adhesion between the glass fabric and a resin, and resistance to CAF (Conductive Anodic Filaments).

    • Superior polyimide prepolymers particularly suitable for fabrication of multi-layer printed boards are produced by reacting unsaturated bisimides with diamines to consist essentially of 41-55% of unreacted reactants, 39-54% of components having a molecular weight of between 400 and 15,000, and 3.0-6.8% of components having a molecular weight of more than 15,000. The resulting prepolymers enable the preparation of their solution having enough working life for successfully impregnating a given substrate therewith in the preparation of prepregs. The prepregs, prepared from the above prepolymers in such a way as to contain within the resin content thereof 29-35% of unreacted reactants, 51-65% of the components having a molecular weight of between 400 and 15,000, and 5-14% of the components having a molecular weight of more than 15,000, allow the fabrication of laminate products with remarkable dimension stability under a low molding pressure to eliminate the presence of voids in the products, in addition to that the prepregs ensure a high bond strength as well as elongated working life which is responsible for prevention of a blister in the finished laminate and for easy control of the laminate forming process.
