    • PURPOSE:To provide a durable and reliable diaphragm valve structure by forming at least two projecting parts between the in-flow passage and the out- flow passage. CONSTITUTION:When the compressed air is fed to an air-feeding port, the pressing force is applied to a diaphragm 14 to press it down, the space between a valve seat 12 and an opening part of a seat holder 13 is reduced in volume, and abutted on the upper part of the valve seat 12 at contact points t1-t2 to seal the opening part. When the pressing force is further applied to the diaphragm 14, the projecting part of the valve seat 12 is compressed, and also abutted on the projecting part of the seat holder 13 at the other point t3. The diaphragm 14 abutted on the valve seat 12 and the projecting part of the seat holder 13 keeps the in-flow passage 21 in the air-tight condition at the valve seat 12 and the seat holder 13 respectively. This constitution surely provides the double seal at two contact points t1-t2 with the valve seat 12 and at the contact point t3 with the seat holder 13. The seal is more surely constituted, and the reliablity of the diaphragm valve can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure seal surface pressure of a not yet-push part, and prevent bending fatigue generated on a diaphragm PTFE film by arranging a ring part which is formed by reinforcing a rubber base material with a reinforcing layer and a reinforcing cloth material on an outer peripheral end part of a driving part side of the diaphragm. SOLUTION: In a condition when a valve is opened, an outer peripheral part of a diaphragm 40 and an outer peripheral part of a ring plate 50 is held between a valve main body 10 and a cylinder main body 20. A region other than an outer peripheral part of the ring plate 50 is held between the region other than an outer peripheral part of the diaphragm 40 and a compressor 30. But since a space is formed between the cylinder main body 20 and the compressor 30, a not yet-push part on which surface pressure is not applied on the ring plate 50 and the diaphragm 40 is generated by the space. Therefore, the ring plate 50 is provided, which is composed of a rubber base material made of fluorine contained rubber and the like, a reinforcing layer 52 made of a PTFE film integrated with the diaphragm 40 side of the rubber base material 51, and a reinforcing cloth material 53 buried in the driving part side of the rubber base material 51. It is thus possible to ensure seal surface pressure of the not yet-push part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of the dust at the time of valve operation and opening, prevent sinking-in of a lip part, and dissolve the problem such as breakage of a lip by communicating a valve seat and a primary flow passage with each other through a plurality of narrow hole, and forming the diameter of the narrow hole smaller than the wall thickness of the lip part. SOLUTION: A narrow hole 4 is formed on a body 1 positioning to the terminal of a primary flow passage 5, and a V-ring 7 is arranged in the vicinity of the outlet of the secondary flow passage 6 side of the narrow hole 4. The secondary flow passage 6 is formed between the body 1 and a bonnet 2 and on the bonnet 2. The V-ring 7 is provided with a lip part 9 which is elastically deformable and opposed in freely separatable contact with the valve seat 8 formed in the vicinity of the narrow hole 4. Opening/closing operation of the lip part 9 is carried out by only being in separatable contact with the valve seat 8 and the narrow hole 4 in relation to the pressure difference between the primary flow passage 5 and the secondary flow passage 6. At this time, a plurality of narrow holes 4 are formed smaller than the thickness of the lip on a circumference. Local excessive tension stress applied on the lip part 9 is dispersed, and thereby, durability is improved.
