(2) In taking out of plus α energy by operation with torque, energy more than by conduction of one unit under no wind can be obtained when this motor is coupled by a group circuit in wind power generation. By incorporating in an air conditioner and the like, an apparatus is devised that can return the energy even when consumed and that can improve energy demand.

Also in the first step, the inserted symbol is different for each division rule.
