摘要： PURPOSE:To make a maintenance cost low in price since electric power is obtained without using fuel by providing a vessel in water so as to permit said vessel to be movable up and down and by permitting buoyancy to occur for this vessel. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 2 is installed in water so as to it to be movable up and down by a guide bar 2, and air within the vessel 2 is increased gradually as the bar is sent from an air inserting pipe 5, and thereby buoyancy is produced to permit movement in the upper direction to be started. If air in the vessel is drawn out when this vessel reaches the upper limit, the buoyancy is lost permitting the vessel 2 to start up-and-down movement. Up-and-down motion of the vessel 2 is transmitted through a coupling rod 3 to a crank shaft 4, and thereby a rotary shaft 8 is rotated permitting continuous rotary motion to be obtained.

摘要： A C49-structured titanium silicide film contains at least a refractory metal having a higher melting point than titanium in the form of a substitutional solid solution, wherein a concentration of the refractory metal to a total amount of titanium and the refractory metal is in the range of above 1 at % to not less than 20 at %. On silicon, there is formed a titanium film which contains at least a refractory metal having a higher melting point than titanium, wherein a concentration of the refractory metal to a total amount of titanium and the refractory metal is in the range of above 1 at % to not less than 20 at %. The titanium film is then subjected to a heat treatment in an inert gas atmosphere for causing a silicidation reaction, thereby to form a C49-structured titanium silicide film which contains the above at least a refractory metal in the form of a substitutional solid solution.
