      SOLUTION: In the tightening tool, a band member is mounted to one of two tightening ends of a tire non-slip device, and a base member is mounted to the other. The band member is received by the bottom side of the base member, a locking tooth of the band member is hooked by a feed claw of an operation lever, and the band member is fed toward the tightening end by rocking the operation lever. The locking tooth of the band member is locked by a locking claw of the base member to keep the two tightening ends at a narrowed interval. In the tightening tool, guide holes (42A, 200A) are formed on both sides of the base members (42, 200) of U-shaped sections. Each guide hole has an L-shape comprising a horizontal portion extending toward one tightening end and a vertical portion extending upwardly from a base of the horizontal portion. A spindle of the operation lever is passed through the guide holes, and the spindle is located at the horizontal portion of the guide hole when rockingly operating the operation lever.
