    • A fluid sealed type vibration insulating device provided with an actuator for generating an active supporting force. The vibration insulating support device includes a main fluid chamber defined by a conical-shaped elastic support and a movable construction part. The movable construction part is constituted by a partition wall and a magnetic path member which is fastened to the partition wall through a clearance spacer. Therefore, a clearance is formed between the partition wall and the magnetic path and a plate spring is installed in the clearance to support the movable plate against the magnetic force of a permanent magnet. The partition wall has an internal thread hole to be bolted. The magnetic path has a hole with one opening diameter larger than another opening diameter for inserting a bolt. The bolt has a dish-shaped bolt head. If a center of the hole is off to the side of the center of the partition wall's hole, any edge point of the bolt head contacts any surface of the inner hole and pushes. Therefore, the center of the magnetic path member 88 is automatically put in alignment with the center of the partition wall 78A by the bolt.

    • A fluid sealed type vibration insulating device provided with an actuator for generating an active supporting force. The vibration insulating support device includes a main fluid chamber defined by a cylindrical elastic support and a movable plate connected to a non-linear type plate spring. The main fluid chamber is fluidly communicated with a variable-volume auxiliary fluid chamber through an orifice. The actuator moves the movable plate to change a dynamic spring characteristic and a damping characteristic of a fluid resonance system constituted by a mass of fluid in the orifice and a spring of an expanding direction of the elastic support and the plate spring. Therefore, a required output of the actuator is suppressed.

    • A vibration control apparatus for a vehicle equipped with a power unit and a vehicle body is comprised of an active engine mount disposed between the power unit and the vehicle body. A controller is connected to a vehicle body vibration detector, a passenger compartment vibration detector and a drive force detector. The vehicle body vibration detector detects a vibration transmitted from the power unit to the vehicle body through the active engine mount. The passenger compartment vibration detector detects a vibration of a member defining a passenger compartment of the vehicle. The drive force detector detects as to whether driving force of the power unit is transmitted to driving wheels. The controller controls the active engine mount to reduce the passenger compartment vibration when the driving force is transmitted to the driving wheels and to reduce the vehicle body vibration when the driving force is not transmitted to the driving wheels.

    • A vibro-isolating support includes an inner tubular member having a top portion, from which a conical wall extends downwardly and inwardly. An elastic support material is bonded to the inner surface of conical wall. The bottom portion of the conical wall curves radially outwardly so that the inner tubular member has a radially outwardly opening V-shape in an axial cross section, and includes a neck between the top and bottom portions.
