      SOLUTION: A truck is equipped with an ascendable/descendible core drill unit, the leading end of which has core bits 23a-23d for drilling, a pair of centering clamps 9a and 9b which are composed of clamps for right and left sides and used for centering the center of the sleeper, and a positioning mechanism for determining a drilling position. An anti-lift clamp for preventing the lift of the truck during the drilling is annexed to the truck. The truck can move on a track rail. The centering clamps 9a and 9b each have a link mechanism capable of clamping both side surfaces of a rail fastening device for the track rail; the positioning mechanism has expansion/contraction devices 27a and 27b which can arrange a core bit directly above the drilling position by horizontally moving the core drill unit; and the anti-lift clamp has at least a pair of clamp members 42 which can protrude/recede, and which is composed of the clamps for the right and left sides, capable of abutting on the rail jaw part of the track rail from the outside.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long workpiece inverting roller that is suitable for inverting a long workpiece, such as shape steel, by an optional angle and that is lightweight and inexpensive. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a long workpiece inverting roller (21) inverting a long workpiece (50) which is placed between the two points by a prescribed angle around the longitudinal axis. The inverting roller includes: a pair of side plates (25) fixed on the rotating axis (21A) spaced apart from each other; and the first to nth multiple cam plates (26A-26L) that are radially fixed between the pair of side plates around the rotating axis. The outer edge of the first cam plate has a formed cam groove for receiving the long workpiece which is in an initial posture to be inverted, and the outer edge of the nth cam plate has a formed cam groove for holding the long workpiece which is in an inverted posture inverted from the initial posture by the prescribed angle around the longitudinal axis. The outer edge of each of the multiple cam plates between the first cam plate and the nth cam plate has a formed cam groove whose form gradually varies so as to rotate the long workpiece from the initial posture to the inverted posture.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversing device for a long workpiece capable of reversing a shaped steel by any angle with a simple mechanism, not inducing an increase in the cost of a facility, and maintainable easily. SOLUTION: Inverting rollers are so disposed at an interval that allow the long workpiece to be installed therebetween. A reversing cam groove extending in the circumferential direction is formed in the outer peripheral surface of each of the reversing rollers. The portion of the first rotating position of the reversing cam groove is so formed that can receive the long workpiece to be reversed in the initial attitude. The portion of the second rotating position thereof is so formed that can hold the long workpiece in the reversed state reversed by a predetermined angle from the initial attitude. The portion of the reversing cam groove between the first rotating position and the second rotating position is formed to be so changed that the long workpiece can be gradually rotated from the initial attitude toward the reversed attitude. The reversing rollers are synchronously rotated in the same directions or mutually reverse directions by a drive mechanism so that the portion of the first rotating position of the reversing cam groove and the portion of the second rotating portion thereof are brought into contact with the long workpiece at the same timing.
