摘要： An apparatus for testing an object includes a test chamber, a guiding member, testing units and a transferring unit. The test chamber is configured to receive the object. The guiding member is arranged extending along a first direction in the test chamber. The testing units are movably connected to the guiding member to test electrical characteristics of the object. The transferring unit is arranged in the test chamber to load the object into one of the testing units and unload the object from one of the testing units. The testing units may be transferred to a position for repair without suspension of the apparatus. The object may be tested using another testing unit while the other testing unit is being repaired.

摘要： An automatic tilt compensator senses and automatically compensates for a disc deformation while an optical recording and/or reproducing apparatus operates. The automatic tilt compensator of an optical recording/reproducing apparatus has a disc deformation detecting section for sensing a deformation direction and a deformation degree of a disc seated and rotated on a disc rotation unit of a deck base and for outputting a predetermined signal, and a level adjustment section for elevating and lowering a pair of guide shafts movably supporting a pickup unit on the deck base while being operated by the signal from the disc deformation detecting section, to thereby adjust the level of the pickup unit corresponding to the deformation degree of the disc. According to this, the level of the pickup unit according to the deformation direction or the deformation degree of the disc can be automatically adjusted while the optical recording/reproducing device is operated. Accordingly, even when a deformed disc is inserted, since the level of the pickup unit is automatically adjusted according to the deformed disc, errors in recording and reproducing information caused due to the deformed disc can be remarkably reduced.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for fabricating a CuInS2 thin film by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The method comprises fabricating a copper thin film by depositing an asymmetric copper precursor on a substrate by MOCVD and fabricating a CuInS2 thin film by depositing an indium-sulfur-containing precursor on the copper thin film by MOCVD. The method enables fabrication of a CuInS2 thin film with a constant composition even under vacuum as well as an argon (Ar) atmosphere. Disclosed is further a CuInS2 thin film fabricated by the method. Disclosed is further a method for fabricating an In2S3 thin film for a window of a solar cell via deposition of an indium-sulfur-containing precursor on the CuInS2 thin film by MOCVD. Disclosed further is an In2S3 thin film fabricated by the method. The In2S3 thin film is useful for a substitute for CdS conventionally used for windows of solar cells and contributes to simplification in fabrication process of solar cells.

The method for expressing the target protein on the surface of the spore outer membrane of the gene carriers according to the present invention has effects in that a variety of the target proteins can be expressed and the level of surface expression of the target protein is increased compared to the existing technology, and also the structural stability of the gene carriers having the target protein expressed on their surface, the viability of the host, and the rapidity of the screening method, are greatly increased.
