摘要： Disclosed is an automatic speed changing device in which speed is automatically changed according to a predetermined amount of rotation without user's arbitrary manipulations. The automatic speed changing device of the present invention comprises a hub unit including a hub shaft formed with a sun gear, and a hub shell surrounding the sun gear and having a first ratchet ring and an inner gear formed on an inner peripheral surface of the hub shell; a first travel unit including a driver for rotating the hub shell while closing the other side of the hub shell, and a driven sprocket for rotating the driver by receiving power from a driving sprocket; a second travel unit including a first carrier disposed within the hub shell and mounted at one side thereof with a plurality of planetary gears engaged with the sun gear and the inner gear to rapidly rotate the hub shell, and a second carrier extending from the other side of the first carrier to the driver; and a conversion unit including a second ratchet ring interposed between the driver and the second carrier to transmit rotational force from the rotating driver to the second carrier and the planetary gears of the first carrier, and a conversion spring interposed between the first and second carriers to return the second ratchet ring when pedals of a bicycle are not operated and the bicycle is stopped.

摘要： A wireless communication system includes a queue status detection unit for detecting the amount of unit data being used for communication between a plurality of external devices, and deciding a class parameter T of one of the external devices; a counter for counting the number of giving-away times of the external device based on the giving-away of communication opportunities to communicate with the plurality of external devices, and deciding a delay parameter D of an external device; a communication priority decision unit for calculating priority values P of an external device by using a class parameter and a delay parameter, and determining an external device having a priority out of the plurality of external devices based on the priority values; and a communication initiation unit for initiating data communications with the determined external device having the priority. Accordingly, a communication method considering both throughput and fairness can be obtained.

摘要： A wireless communication system has a queue information search unit for searching a queue-status information provided in a packet unit, a communication priority decision unit for deciding communication priority of external devices based on the queue-status information, giving a higher priority to the external device having a greater number of packets in queues, a communication initiation unit for initiating a communication with the external devices according to the communication priority, a counter for counting the number of times that the communication is initiated for each of the external devices, and a comparator for comparing a counter value of a first external device that corresponds to a transmitted data with a counter value of a second external device that has a maximum counter value. Accordingly, when the wireless communication device transmits and receives data with respect to the plural wireless communication devices, both high throughput and high fairness can be guaranteed.

摘要： An apparatus for reversing upper and lower surfaces of a lead frame which passes through a silver-plating process in a lead frame manufacturing process includes at least one guide rail having a curved portion for guiding the lead frame to be fallen down and reversed along an arc of the curved portion, and a conveying roller provided under the guide rail to horizontally convey the fallen lead frame. Thus, since the lead frame is reversed through a specific structure without use of any robot, the malfunction problem of the prior art is solved and costs are reduced.
